Where do you shop with your 12/13 yo DD's??

Had a long awaited shopping trip with DD (11) today. Tried Next, H&M, New Look, River Island... Next had tiny 5-12 section, very young looking clothes. H&M and New Look v samey everything plastered with 'NYC' 'Brooklyn ' etc-gone off that stuff since Trump 😄. Nothing in RI or Topshop. This seems to be an awkward in-between age and I feel clueless-where do you shop for this age group?? Thanks very much!

Thanks all, some great suggestions here we will try on next excursion (as pp said I think my time shopping with her is limited as really she does prefer to go with friends. I am however useful to carry bags and produce cash Grin).

Dd (11) wears Zara almost exclusively. I find it's really good for that in between age that gap and H&M etc seem to do so badly.

Pumpkin Agree, it's a ridiculously under- represented age group for boys ands girls. Unbelievable that there isn't more choice for that age, exactly the right time to "capture" a market and build brand loyalty for the future.

We were back in the U.K. earlier this year and I was really struck by how limited the High Street was for early teen girls.

I have a 10 year old and a 14 year old and they both like the 9-15 section in New Look. They had some nice tops recently.

Thanks again for all the suggestions-must try Zara, somehow never think to look there. I agree New Look is good and H&M especially online is good but their high street offering was very limited!

I might try Zara for my dds. I presume the adults section not the kids?

Topshop , primark , h and m . She isn't ready for river island etc . I find it tricky to find jeans long enough and slim enough but topshop come up trumps with 24/32 .. we chose some in store and we then looked on eBay and I found a few bnwt exactly the same for half the price so she was very happy with that .
