Have just taken delivery of some Farleigh high waisted Mom jeans from Asos, and they are looking damned good.

The denim is quite rigid, and so high waisted that it sucks everything in nice and flat and feels a bit corset like. The legs are a very slim taper, but definitely not skinny. Finishes just on the ankle bone.

Nice. Nice. Nice.

mamia15 they look very slim legged on the model. Just a fraction looser than skinny (which is what I like). Are they that slim fitting on the leg in real life?

No but then I have skinny legs - I would try on as many as you can.

I have worn them with jeans op but also with trainers and a bare ankle, not in March though!

I have just got a great pair of high waisted jeans in the sale from H & M (£10!) they were pretty long for those looking for that, tbf I'm short but the 32 length seemed much longer than usual...

DatsunCogs · 06/03/2017 20:22

I mean with HEELS obviously

NewPuppyMum · 06/03/2017 20:26

KickAssAngel - with a name like that why do you need permission to wear what you want how you want? Just do what you want!

Judydreamsofhorses · 06/03/2017 20:41

Mine came today - they come up big, I ordered the 10 and 12, and the 10 is still gapey at the waist. Otherwise very pleased - they are a much slimmer fit than the mom jeans I have from Topshop.

heateallthebuns · 08/03/2017 20:25

Do you measure your actual waist or a bit lower? Would a size 14 be about a 32?

FedglingFTB · 11/03/2017 11:01

After buying the black I went and bought the washed blue. Not the same quality sadly, a lot stretchier Sad

i stopped wearing jeans after my kids were born..they neve seemed to look any good on me anymore now that I have put on weight. I used to love skinnies but they just look ridiculous on me now and are really u comfortable. Recently I went into M&S, they have a great selection of denim and I was tempted to try some jeans on. I write a blog post all about my trying on session. Please note, I did not receive anything for this post, M&S are not even aware that I did it!

Marks and Spencer's relaxed slim jeans. A new classic.
I used to live in jeans but post kids my body shape has changed and I now just don't feel that comfy in them. I tend to stick to black trousers, …

I'm quite tempted by the uniqlo ones but put off by the "distressing", I'm not keen.

These FatFace ones look ok but I can't decide if it's worth paying twice the price for them not to have holes in....

DrAbbyYates · 21/03/2017 12:22

ASOS do a curve (ie plus size) version of these and I am very tempted.

Anyone tried them in the bigger sizes?

imjessie · 21/03/2017 12:53
