How to style this skirt for a wedding?

I am a guest at a wedding in a couple of weeks and was thinking of wearing this skirt - any ideas on what to wear with it? I need top half, shoes and accessories tips! Thank you

By the way the skirt looks much fuller on as it has an underskirt, and comes to just above the knee

Plain-ish navy top and shoes, so that he skirt stands out. Maybe fushia lipstick, sparky metallic bag with jewellery matching the bag colour. X

Id wear a navy shell top, something like the below, with nude shoes and bare legs if you can stand it. You can also wear a wrap or something for during the day.
