London tattooists

I'm looking to have a couple of tattoos done in this style. It's traditional but modern and I'm struggling to find somewhere that doesn't seem to think that a straightforward traditional Americana image is what I want.

Does anyone know of somewhere/ an artist they would recommend in London that would be confident with this style?

You're kidding? This is a very very trendy tattoo style to go for at the moment; Read Skin Deep/Total Tattoo magazines and shop around. London is crawling with tattoo artists who will do what you want and do it very well but do your research first.

Theirs an Exmouth market? Excellent. I bet it's nothing like the indoor market in Exmouth. Sorry fuzzy flu brain bit mad atm

Whereabouts in South London are you? All the artists at King of Hearts in New Cross Gate are incredibly talented and versatile.

I use Dor Stocker in Bexley Heath.

There's a tattooist called Tiggy who has just opened a place in Lee called Briar Rose. My husband has one of her tattoos and it is amazing; you should check her out!

I agree with Sleepthief, King of Hearts is brilliant, the artists are great and the atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I've been tattooed there multiple times and can't reccomend it enough.
