Help dress a pear

Help me learn to dress myself. Everything in the shops the last few years has been skinny jeans, crop tops or big floaty tops. None of which suit my body shape.

I'm size 12 on bottom, size 10/12 on top with ample cleavage. Vertically challenged, around 5 ft 5. I carry all my wobble around my hips and bum but also have slight love handles which need to be contained (glad the low hipster jeans trend fizzled out!) I hate high waisted things as they don't cover my mum tum, more draw attention to it. And big floaty tops just make me look bigger than I am. Necklines are important also, as a high neck on big boobs make me look like I'm just one giant boob from neck to hips. I lost weight steadily over the last year after having my daughter and need new clothes but I have no idea where to start. Birthday is coming up so will have an excuse to go shopping. Any ideas?

Hush Tara? Ruching round your bum, v neck for big boobs?

I'm a pear but smaller boobs and I have several Tara's with long sleeves and a Venice beach dress (sorry link is small) which I like to think work to balance top and bottom

Otherwise I wear Levi Demi curve jeans as they have a good waist/hip fit (hate jeans with massive waists that gape at the back)
