Does anyone use this and if so, would you rate it as a primer?

I do. I have just finished a tube and will be replacing. I love how it is slightly tinted so I can sometimes just use a light dusting of powder instead of foundation. On good skin days...

Yes, used it for years. Good as a primer and, likewise, on good skin days is great with a dust of Laura Geller's Balance and Brighten over the top. I buy the SPF40 all year round, and use it as a facial suncream in the summer. In fact, on a hot day whilst gardening last year (yes, we did have one!) and in the absence of any suncream I used it in emergency on the back of DH's neck and ears. Absolutely fine and no burning.

Brilliant product and a definite repurchase.

I hate City Block. It sits on dry patches like nothing else ever.
