Arghh what does that even mean? Jeans and a blazer type or knee length dress? Helpful suggestions needed for 2 v special occasions coming up - one involving young(ish) royals where the dress code has been specified as smart casual, come prepared to play games !!

I'm 5ft 6, size 12-14 (always hoping to magically lose weight) with ample boobage.

I'd not consider jeans 'smart casual'. Cigarette type / capri trousers, yes. Footwear with closed toes. No heaving bosoms. A nice top or a blouse. No skirts or dresses if you are doing 'games' as you might show your knickers.

Laughing a lot here at flashing my knickers, that's a very good point thank you.

If you're discounting jeans or a dress, I'd describe something like this as smart casual.

Thank you Eggs. Now searching the Internet for inspiration for that look as I HATE clothes shopping
