Oh no, not again! I remember this trend last time round. It looked silly then but I still wore it and it looks silly now I will probably end up wearing it.

I wore skirts/dresses over trousers the first time round and thought I looked amazing would never have worn them like that though I can't imagine who would wear them - certainly no teenagers round my way.

I used to work for top shop back in the 90's when the "scousers" = skirt over trousers -came out.

Although they were tailored ones they were awful and we had to wear them as part of our uniform

Got to say though, my work ones were not as hideous as those!!
