Best cleanser for dry skin

Does anybody have any recommendations for a decent cleanser for dry skin? Currently I'm using elemis cleansing balm/ cream cleanser but fancy a change. Skin is quite dry and dull looking, so anything which gives it a bit of a glow would be good!
Also on the look out for any good hydrating treatments??

I have dry skin and have found the Elemis one you use to be okay, but much prefer the Eve Lom cleanser that has several oils in it.

As long as the cleanser you use leaves your face feeling comfortable you're better off getting the glow using serums and/or oils. Cleanser isn't a treatment in itself, although oily/balm types seem to work better for dry skin. Are you using quite hot water and a good rough textured flannel to remove it? That normally gets my skin glowing with whatever cleanser I use.
If you don't want to use a separate acid toner then you can get glycolic cleansers which are supposed to get your skin glowy.
Otherwise Good Genes, Alpha H, Sisley black rose oil all make my skin look plump, smooth and glowing.

I have dry skin and have used the Elemis in the past. Others I really like are the BS Chamomile butter (lovely, my absolute favourite) Boots Botanics cleansing balm, Liz Earle, and the Superdrug Vit E one. (not the "radiance" one, that's horribly synthetic smelling and v scratchy on dry/sensitive skin IME)

Lady, can you recommend a good acid toner for dry skin please? I'm finally going to get my skincare routine sorted!

If you have any kind of problem with spots then a BHA like Paula's choice 2% will be better than an AHA ( Pixi Glow tonic or Nip and Fab for example). Both types can be drying. Of the two types, AHA seems to work for most people and give quickest results.
The Ordinary do two different strengths of lactic acid serums -5 and 10%. Lactic acid is more gentle than glycolic so may be better to start with. If you're not sure what your tolerance is.
Use a couple of times a week ( with a separate SPF) with a hydrating serum like Vichy Aqualia and a light moisturiser over the top and you should see a difference in a couple of weeks, as the acid starts to encourage cell turnover.
I think some people with dry skin use too heavy a moisturiser thinking that what their skin needs is lots of rich creams, whereas actually exfoliation and treatment serums give better results.

I have found that oil cleansing with rosehip oil has done wonders for my dry skin. People axially commented how glowing my skin was when I started doing it. I like the Fushi Rosehip Oil removed with a hot flannel
