...And how does your style compare to theirs? I have been watching the pottery programme and I'm a bit like a brunette version of Sara Cox. She wears a lot more colour than me, and I think we both dress a bit too old for our age. I think we both have quite large boobs for our frame, and for me (maybe her too) I dress maybe a bit too conservatively to try not to accentuate this. She looks better in skinny jeans than me! She also wears more skirts which really suit her so I'm going to try to get a few for summer. She also wears jewellery which I rarely do and it looks great on her so that's something else I will try. I do think I'm going to stick to my neutral pallette rather than her bold colours though.

Marion Cotillard, some lovely kind people have said that and I can see a family type resemblance rather than an actual likeness. She is the younger better looking sister I don't have!

I've been told I look like Rachel Hunter and Nicole Kidman! Slightly shocked, tbh.

I often get told I look like Clare Danes. I can see similarities but my sister is the absolute double of her, far more than I am.

Her style is a little like mine; I live in navy, white and light grey for everything, but her clothes presumably cost at least twenty times my own.

I used to get Katie Holmes (Dawson's Creek era.)

Now when I wear my glasses I look like Wayne's mate from Wayne's world.

I was always told I looked like Kate Bush, but think it's mostly because of my hair.

My Dutch friend thinks I'm the image of their current queen - I looked up the wrong one and was a bit miffed !

I got Britney Speers once from some lad chatting me up on holiday way back in 2001. Style was similar I'd say, sadly the only real similarity looks-wise was our long, blonde hair.

A friend of mine always says Kate Winslet in titanic (definitely not the same fashion style there!), and I've had Adele recently too. Think it's the hair, no longer bright blonde, bit darker now.

Odd bag for me. Some people have said Winona Ryder when I had short dark hair.
When I had blonde/pink hair others said Cyndi Lauper.
Then had Celine Dion when I had longer brown hair.

Apparently now my face looks like Smactars. I don't know who that is though

An old man once said that I had a likeness to Helena Bonham Carter. In her Merchant Ivory days, of course.

I get Maggie Gyllenhaal same sort of face, especially eyes.

I'm jealous, I've never been told I look like any celebrity. I can't think of any that I bare any resemblance to, either!

I had Charlene in neighbours (Kylie Minogue) but that was because I had a bubble perm.

Davina McCall is similar. Mainly hair and face shape.

Back in the early 90s, when The Word was on TV, I often used to be told that I looked like Amanda de Cadenet.

Recently I've been told by a few people that I'm like Carey Mulligan (they've been kind enough not to say an older Carey Mulligan).

I once went to an ENT appointment and the consultant made this big deal of being amazed that I looked "exactly" like Sarah Michelle Gellar. He kept repeating it and saying, you must get it all the time.

I have never been told I look like SMG before or since and when I told people after the appointment they all cracked up laughing.

I'm having a Gilmore Girls binge at the moment, and there's this episode where Lorelai insists she's the doppelganger of a girl in a Renoir painting, so she has to play her in this weird 'living paintings' re-enactment the town is holding. And she is and she does. Maybe we could hold a MN version just for you?

When I was much younger (and when she was much younger but still older than me at the time), a blonde version of Priscilla Presley. We have similar face shape I think is why.

I've been told I look quite 60s era, without having to try, or style hair & make up as such. I'm mid forties

When I was a lot younger, Linda Lusardi. we have the same eyes and I had the permed brown big hair of the late 80s! Makes sense, as DH really fancies her, he must have a type!

When I was younger I was likened to Yasmin Le Bon, but now Rikki Lake or Dawn French.
