M&S bra fitting...again!

Just had an email from M&S about their bra fitting event. So much wrong information again. I did the calculator, said I measured 26 inches round the back and was wearing a 28C that arched up at the back and they recommended a 30D. Will they ever get it right?

The models are even in badly fitted bras. Isn't the gore in the middle of this bra meant to be flat? This models looks like its about an inch away from the centre of her breasts.

Plus they treat every bra over a DD (especially in small band sizes) as if they want non padded and extra thick straps. I find it so hard to get bras from M&S and I'm not an unusual size of a big size. I'm a 32F/G or 30G/H and that is really not big at all.
