Selling clothes on Facebook

I have a lot of clothes I want to sell, and was originally going to eBay them, but having read some threads recently I'm coming round to the idea Facebook selling groups might be better. They are all decent brands (jigsaw, boden etc), and good condition. But when I search for selling groups on Facebook there seem to be hundreds! Does anyone have good recommendations?
Also, probably stupid question, but how do you take payment? Is it PayPal? Do you do it through the friends and family free transfer thing?
Is there anything I need to watch out for selling groups this way?

I sell quite a lot on Facebook children's groups. I only sell locally though so I can have the buyer collect and pay in cash which imo is easier than postage/PayPal etc. so I would try and find local groups if possible.

Thanks, unfortunately I live in quite a rural location, so local groups aren't so great.
