Just had a baby, dress for a wedding help!

I had a baby 3 weeks ago, and have sister in law's wedding in a month's time. It's a fancy country house hotel type thing. Nothing in my wardrobe fits and I'm very very body conscious at the moment.

I'm back in my size 12/14 pre pregnancy jeans but have a very very wobbly tummy and massive boobs (breastfeeding), so I'm a 16 on top, and even some of them are a struggle to get over the boobs.

I tend to favour no higher than on the knee length for weddings, and don't really want anything fitted due to wobbly tummy. Access for feeding beneficial but not essential as we are staying at the hotel so can always pop back to the room to feed. I want to feel pretty and glamorous-ish and not self conscious at all... cost isn't a huge issue but don't want to spend a fortune on something I'll probably wear once or twice then (hopefully!) be too small to fit into!

Any suggestions/ideas/guidance of where to shop would be hugely appreciated.

Wrap dress would be my suggestion. I went to two weddings when DD was approx 6weeks and it worked well.

I'd suggest a Lindy bop style dress if you've a big chest and a small waist, very flattering and glam.
If that's not your thing, you could try looking at Pepperberry. They have some lovely occasion dresses and specialise in clothing to fit larger boob sizes. I went to a wedding a few months after my DS was born and although I'd lost most of my baby weight my boobs were enormous and I really struggled to find something that would fit my top half without being massive everywhere else. Pepperberry came through for me!

Empire line maxi? Or try Cos for something drapy but well cut? Or loose tux shirt, black jacket and black trousers with high heels if you have nice legs?

Skirt and (nursing) top instead? There's tons of statement skirts around and will probably be v flattering if you balance with a dark plain top. Easier to wear both again too.
