Blue mascara with brown eyes?

Does anyone use blue mascara with brown eyes? I was talking to a lady earlier and couldn't stop looking at her eyes which were deep brown (like mine) with subtle dark navy lashes from her mascara.
Tempted to go and buy one now.

Sounds lovely- a colleague wears vivid blues and turquoises on her eyes (teacher too!); I'm sure she has at some point too. In fact another I know does. I might try it too (all brown eyes!)

It's not something I would think of but as you've seen it in real life and liked it, then give it a go!

Yes just wanted to know if anyone here did it as don't really want to buy a new mascara and then find after one go it looks awful. Annoying that mascaras can't be tested.

I have midnight blue and midnight purple (hazel eyes though) and i think it makes a difference without looking like you've been at the face paint

I buy the Loreal and picked the last one up on Amazon for £6

I have dark brown eyes and wear navy and plum mascara both look good. I'd like to try teal.

ooh i had some really lovely coloured mascaras from Clinique, they were black honey (browny purple) teal, plum and navy, \link{https://dorotheabeauty.files.wordpress.com/2015/09/clinique-color-mascara.jpg\here} really wish they could bring them back!

Yes I use navy mascara - then I tried dark/teal green and it looked even better. Think it depends what shade of brown your eyes are.

Pieface, any matching shades and colours you can think of? Mine are a mixture of brown, yellow and a bit of green.

So they're kind of hazel? Purple is lovely with hazel eyes and really makes them sparkle
