Looking for a couple of 'going out' tops

I don't mind showing my arms or shoulders and am small flat chested. I have no preferences really but would be happy for any recommendations! I seem to have everything else in my wardrobe.

Have a look at J Crew. Especially the sale section. I've got a small chest and good arms/shoulders too, and I get loads of good sleeveless tops from them, in good fabrics and unusual colour combinations/embellishments.

Zara or Warehouse are my favourites for smart tops. Lots of ruffles and embroidery around this season
