I have been taking a collagen supplement for a few months now, I can definitely see a difference in my hair and nail growth, and one deep wrinkle on side of my face have definitely decreased.
A local pharmacy (I am not in UK) has a special on Imedeen Prime Renewal 120 tablets. Which I am going to assume lasts two months taking two a day. Two months of my normal collagen tablets would cost the same as this, so I am thinking of giving them a try.
I am days away from being 47, I know this one is aimed for 50+ but the Time Perfection one (which I think is aimed for 40 age group) is not on special.
Has anyone tried them. Its quite a lot of money to waste even though they are on special, but they are quite horrendously expensive...
