Hush Riley relaxed trousers

I'm trying to sort out a summer wardrobe (spurred on by an earlier thread) and wondered if anyone has these trousers and can tell me what they're like on a normal person?!

I'm 5ft 5, size 6, short legged with big hips/thighs/bum...

I bought them, and sadly had to return them as they just made my bum look big. I mean, my bum is big, but I sized up to a 16 as I wanted them loose-ish, and it just didn't work. I think you have to be slim of hip to wear them successfully. Love the look, though.

They're 100% wool - won't they be hot in the summer?

Having given it further thought overnight, I think perhaps pure wool dry clean only trousers should wait until I don't have a 2 year old and a 6 month old...!!
