Right it is in a couple of weeks in a hotel. Brief hop over the road to the register office. its the boden ruched dress - short sleeves but thick
Plan to put a cashmere cardigan under coat ( not to be seen) for the walk to the service thing.

AM I GOING TO FREEZE at hotel? If so what can I put on top. Am a 14 top and 12 bbttom. Tits. IN RL the dress not so off the shoulder. Have sheer tights

Unless you are a smoker popping outside frequently there's no reason why you would be cold in a hotel in the frock.

I would just wear the cardi and take it off when you get there. I have a little black sparkly shrug type thing that I use in this scenario.

Just bear in mind that cashmere cardigan plus black dress can equal fluff on dress and fluff in armpits so make sure it's been washed before you wear it!
