Help me revamp myself

Hi everybody , so age 22 mother to 2 (4&18 months)
Size 10 5'7 and slightly curvy
I at the moment am a primark failure living in old holey/bleach covered leggings and oversized jeans - baggy tops and cardigans , help me pick out a nice style/nice clothes that is going to make me look more my age rather than a frump, I would like to step away from primark

At your age/size, I'd be tempted to raid H&M.

Layer with Uniqlo heat tech, for standing around in cold playgrounds.

Pick some warm layers that add a bit of style/smartness, so jersey blazers rather than sweaters and perhaps a (waterproof) hooded trench coat, rather than a mac.
