Last week i dyed my hair with a permanent colour (John Frieda Mousse) I have dark brown hair with an increasing number of greys.
I followed all the instructions but for some reason it didn't cover the grey at all.
Now i'd like to put on the Castings semi permanent I usually use.
Is there any reason not to do a semi permanent colour over a permanent one after just a week?
I don't have a lot of grey, lots of individual wiry ones rather than defined grey roots. I like the shine I get from the Castings and it does cover the grey for a few weeks but the permanent colour was on offer and i thought it might last longer.
