Stuck in a rut...

First time posting here, hope someone can help!
I'm 31, 5ft 7 and a size 6/8. Since having dd 3 years ago, I've completely lost my identity and live in skinny jeans and various jumpers day in and day out. I can't remember the last time I put make up on Sad
I'm fed up of looking and feeling thirty years older than I am. I look like a walking corpse!
Can someone get me out of this rut I've got into? I'm hoping that if I look better then maybe I'll feel better too...

There is nothing wrong with skinnies and jumpers - sounds to me like you feel you don't deserve the time/money to be spent on yourself which is sad...did you wear make-up before DD? Can you get back to that? Have you got any budget? The usual suggestions:
Make-up: tinted moisturiser/blusher/mascara/lip tint
Beauty: Get your eyebrows shaped - best £8 you'll spend/neat nails
Hair: Cut and or colour
Clothes: Work out what colours suit you add scarves etc Only wear clothes that make you happy - throw out/charity shop disappointing stuff.

Above and beyond this I would recommend a gorgeous, well fitting underwear set that makes you feel beautiful to wear any old day for a secret confidence boost and a proper perfume that makes you feel happy to spray on every morning.

You are a person not just a mum. Love yourself a bit Flowers
