On the Allsaints city monument coat?
I've fallen in love with it but it seems really expensive for what it is.

I don't think a coat like that would go out of fashion. It's classic, yet different and distinctive.
Think of it as a price per wear. I bought an expensive coat around 15 years ago and I still wear it.

I think it might look strange with skirts. Depends what you wear on your bottom half.

I like it & its 80% wool. Doesn't look like it would date quickly and it would go with lots.

It depends what you want it for and if you have cats /dogs ! Wool coats always seem to pick up fluff and hair and this irritates the life out of me having to sellotape them down all the time. I never find these type of coats very warm either.

Having said all that , it's a beautiful coat , I really like it .

I love this coat. Ummed and ahed about it when there was 30% off. However when I tried it on it just didn't fall right over my ample bosom. Because I also have broad shoulders it was less chic more 'friar Tuck'. So maybe worth trying on at that price??

I've tried it on a few times, not been in stock in my size though but I've just found one. I'm buying it!!

I love it!! I feel quite.... Dramatic in it though!

They always do an event around Black Friday and I guess maybe some time over Easter? I bought my fave ever bag that way. One thing I will say for Allsaints in IME quality is 👌
