Flattering cowl neck dress?

I am looking for a flattering long-sleeved cowl dress. I am Size 16 and would like one to wear with boots.

I've got this in the navy blue and it's lovely. Go for the XL. That would be a high st 16.

Meant to add - i'm 5' 5'' and it comes to about 1'' above my knee. It's very stretchy.

What sort of body shape are you?
