I've just bought a load of boden - is it OK?

I'm starting a new job in a more formal environment soon (last place had to introduce a dress code which included no ripped t-shirts so you can imagine, it's IT). So I decided it all had to coordinate and I've bought a whole load of boden (circa 700€, so a whole load). I wanted to look professional, casual and approachable but am now afraid I'll be seen from outer space.

It's all Richmond trousers and ravello tops to mix and match.

Tell me it'll be OK! I could return but won't have time to assemble another wardrobe before my start date if I do!

Interestingly I once saw a documentary about Zalando I think where they went through the returns process - they have people to sniff the returned items to make sure they've not been worn!!!

So anyway, thanks for all the encouraging remarks! It all arrived and I can't believe the quality of the trousers. They're actually great and I look a size smaller than usual in them. Frankly, I don't care if it's a bit frumpy, I my mother said she hasn't seen me look better (and added some quite uncalled for remarks about my usual look...).

So it's all good (I'd like to add "in the hood" as a joke but it'd too weak, even for me!)

Were they the Richmond full-length or 7/8 trousers?

Glad you like them. I've got quite a few full length and 7/8 Richmonds (only one subdued pattern all the rest plain) and they are good quality, fit and last well and get some compliments. I always buy at at least 20% off.

I work in a smart/casual office and often wear Boden for work, I tend to buy in the clearance nowadays and also it is worth a look in Next Clearance as they sometimes have a few Boden bits, though it does seem to be mostly nightwear at the moment. It's probably not worth looking in the proper Next bit of Boden as there won't be any discounts.

What you have bought sounds ideal, definitely worth wearing just some of it at first though just in case it isn't quite quite right

Poly how do you find the fit and length on the Richmonds?

It was the 7/8ths petite. I'm very short!
