I'm going into an office job from wearing a uniform in a shift job for the last 10 years. I have NO work clothes and everything in my wardrobe is jeans and boots!

I need help in buying a capsule work wardrobe that looks chic and not mumsy! I'm 37 and a size 10. 5'1" tall xx

I buy skinny ankle length black trousers from next in petite and top them with Boden blouses .
Also Boden do petite work wear .

I am a shortie and have about six dresses an two black suit jackets. I've had the same dresses for about three years and still get compliments on them. Two of the dresses are good for day to evening wear when I have a work function. A sparkly broach on the jacket can also glam up day wear. Oasis has been good to me. Done a quick google search and this is the sort of thing that works for me (obv wrong size for you but it gives the general idea). Karen Millen, Principles Petit and Wallis Petit are good.
