Moisturiser whilst on roaccutane

I've been on this a few months now, gradually building up the dose and I'm now on the most I'm going to have. It's working really well for the acne and the side effects are fine but my skin is obviously a bit dry and flaky in parts.
I've tried a few moisturisers (nothing expensive, just Nivea etc from supermarket) but they're either not moisturising enough or they sting (think it's the fragrance).

Anyone got any tips for something nice and mousturising, fragrance free/ not irritating but not too oily?

DS1 was put on roaccutane a few years ago and it worked wonders on his skin but did cause real dryness & soreness in the interim. The dermatologist prescribed Doublebase to ease it. He tried all kinds of 'cosmetic' moisturisers but they just seemed to irritate (fragrance probably) and tried Cetraben, which we used for DD's skin at the time but found it too greasy for his face. He went back to the dermatologist and she prescribed the doublebase. It really helped and was light enough to not feel like an oil slick or thick blanket.

I'm just by sure about putting make up over something like that. I think I might be after something that doesn't really exist.

I found Cicaplast worked well, especially for the dry lips.

I would suggest something by La Roche Posay. Dermatologists often recommend things from the line. Have a look at the 'Toleriane' range they do which is for sensitised skin
