Any skin toning gel or lotion that works?

I've recently lost some weight and will be losing more, and I'm getting that burst balloon look on my stomach, as well as saggy boobs. I've got a clarins neck and décolletage cream that I'm using to prevent turkey neck, but I was hoping to find a potion that will help firm up the tummy skin while I'm shrinking. Anyone found anything that seems effective? TIA

Thanks llmb I saw the bliss range in m&s but it's really pricey. The Palmers firming lotion gets good reviews online but I'll check out your recc too
