My under eye is so dehydrated please help

Even though I use an under eye cream at night I'm still looking dry and dehydrated. Ok it's not an expensive one but still after 3 months it looks like I'm not using a day/night and under eye cream.
Please recommend a good eye cream that might help. Thank you xx

Are you drinking enough water. No amount of eye cream will help if not. I think the eye cream you use is less important than massaging your face cream (or even better face oil) in thoroughly.

I had psoriasis near my eye - It was very dry. I used a very pure rose hip oil which helped (by trilogy).

Mine gets sore and dry too. Today after cleansing it really hurt (just one eye) so I popped on a thick layer of Steamcream. Vet very soothing. I do think I need to drink more water and go carefully with mascara removal.
