Oxblood vs black dm boots?

Which is more versatile in your opinion please? I'm leaning towards oxblood.

I'd say oxblood. About to get some myself.

I would also go for oxblood. Gorgeous colour and can work with many others.

I've got both and oxblood are my faves. They go with more or less everything (unless you're a fan of hot pink).

Same here PNGirl, I have both and wear black mostly. They just go with more of my stuff. But if you love the oxblood get those. My great aunt always used to tell me to wear what you love!

I have black as I wear a lot of black and black jeans especially. Dd1 is 12 and has red patent.....

I wear my oxblood DMs every day. I use black polish on the toes and heels and they are beautiful.

I've had my oxblood DMs since 1993. They are the most comfortable and versatile boots ever.

What do you wear then with, and are the laces a faff to do every morning?

I wear mine with skinny jeans, and they're no worse to do up than a pair of trainers - I don't need to unlace them to get my feet in, just loosen them up a bit.

I think I'm going to order the oxblood ones. Just one query re my hair colour which is strawberry blonde / a little bit ginger. Do you think they'll clash?

No I think they will look great with your hair colour!

I don't find them difficult to put on and lace up etc. They are at first but once you've broken them in they're very easy and comfy. I wear them every day.

I have black, but am getting Oxblood next as a wear a lot of navy and it goes better. Also, it's beautiful. My shoes are beautiful shiny Oxblood and I love them.

Yes I seem to wear a lot of navy and brown which I think go better with oxblood.
