Please help me find a fabulous top. Please (hopeful)

I'm always seeing threads on here saying 'wear skinnies, heels & a fabulous top'.

I just can't seem to find a 'fabulous' top. Is it just me?

I'm going to a birthday do in a cocktail bar at the weekend, for which the aforementioned outfit would be perfect. But at this rate I'll be going in my bra!

I'm late 30's, curvy (hour glass size 16), norky (34J cup), suit low v necks rather than anything high/fussy around the neckline.

Ideal colours would be navy or dove grey.

Please help me to look glam & gorgeous among a crowd who'll be mainly 20 something.

Have you looked at Silk Fred? They seem to do a lot of that sort of thing.

This is nice but only available in a 14 or 18
