I'm starting an weeklong swim school on Monday. I was wondering when u get out of the pool do u put all your serum and moisturiser on again? Plus are there any extra things I should do with my hair?
Thanks in advance x

I would keep your skincare quite low key before swimming - a gentle cleanse and some cream that will add moisture and give protection in the water. A hair product is essential - something like Philip Kingsley Swimcap or equivalent. When you get out of the water make sure you remove all the chlorine, a good body moisturiser and then your normal skincare - but possibly a richer moisturiser. I would do a mid week hair mask and possibly a moisture face mask. I find my skin gets tight after swimming.
