Dress for 40th party

Not for mine - but for my cousin - it's in a village hall - what would you wear? I can't see anything online that quite fits the bill?

I'm going to exactly this on Saturday , I'm wearing black coated jeans and a top . Village halls aren't exactly dressy environments .
