My skin is horrendously oily, my old staple of Rimmel Kohl pencils no longer cut it. They used to stay put all day, then smudged within an hour. I tried their waterproof pencils and they smudge too. I'm getting a bit sick of the racoon eye look now! I don't want to spend too much money (up to £10) though I may go over that if someone suggests a range with really nice colours.
