Thick wooly tights?

Where can I buy thick tights , wooly rather than opaque that are comfortable and large in size? 5ft 8 and size 16. I keep buying tights that don't fit properly, so uncomfortable.

John Lewis
Tesco - their bamboo ones are lovely, v warm and much harder wearing than wool. My M&S merino ones last 2 wears!

John Lewis, definitely. The last M&S paid I bought, size XL, would have fitted someone size 14, 6' tall. Not 5'5", size 18, as I am. The JL ones, on the other hand, perfect fit, no slippage at all.

Thank you, actually, I think I have tried m and s before so will try John Lewis.
