Short and on a budget - where should I shop?

Hi! I'm trying to find a nice dress or outfit for a casual event and am not coming up with much. I feel that everything I look at is either too young or too frumpy. I'm 5ft 2 and a 10 and to complicate matters I need an outfit I can breastfeed in. Any suggestions for shops or websites I should try? Very grateful for any advice!

I'm finding it difficult to find nice petite stuff this year. Wallis seems to be the high street store with the best selection of smart casual petite clothes.

Asos petite sometimes has crossover bust dresses which are good for breastfeeding.
