What are the benefits? I see people posting about it occasionally but I'm not sure what the difference would be.

Now I shampoo-conditioner-shampoo so I'm waiting for the others to see what they have to say!

This is an open discussion though and since you've added a further different method, can you explain why you do it that way?

I accidentally did conditioner-shampoo yesterday, someone had switched the bottles from their usual positions. My hair is so shiny and swishy, I'll try it again tomorrow

Did it not feel a bit dry after you washed the conditioner off?
