Brown Waterproof Eyeliner?

I'm a real sucker for a good, long wearing, waterproof liquid eyeliner- I use the 17 Tattoo Me liner and it's amazing, stays on all day.

The thing is, sometimes I want a less harsh look, but finding a brown waterproof eyeliner seems impossible. Does anyone know one? And while we're at it, a good brown waterproof mascara?

Have a look at Bourjois Liner Stylo in brown. It's a wind-up crayon rather than a liquid liner but not kohl consistency. It stays put all day, no smudging.
