Hello - newbie here!
I'm adding to my wardrobe a new flared / swishy dress for work. I tend to suit darker shades as pale colours wash my face out and make me look pasty and ill. 
I work in a fairly smart office environment, but not overly restrictive on skirt length (knee-length is the norm).
I've found two I love which are perfect for my shape (hourglass). I love the navy blue, turn-up sleeves and slight high-low skirt of the Closet dress and the gentle A-line skirt, kimono sleeves and lace design of the ASOS dress.
