Reasonably priced sensitive skin/eye care.

I have developed sensitive skin and eyes in my 40's. Can any of you tell me what are the best reasonably priced sensitive skincare ranges/products on the market please.

I am going to try the Caroline Hirons double cleanse. Available in M&S now apparently at £24.

What about moisturiser? That seems to be the worst offender for me.
