Nip and fab extreme pads

I've had difficult skin for the last few years and have tried so many things - effaclar duo, finacea gel, antibiotics and am fed up. I bought these pads today to try and just wondered whether anyone else has found any success with them? Any feedback greatly appreciated Smile

Yes I really liked them. Although I wasn't sure if it was them, my new Liz Earle or cutting back on dairy which has helped the most!

I use Liz Earle and really love it - I think it keeps my skin as calm as it can. Have tried the pads and I look a little red but I guess anything new will feel different. Glad to hear something worked for you whichever thing it was!

Did you buy the night ones? Just use them twice a week. They are quite harsh!

ktjb39 · 10/01/2017 19:30

Yes the night ones - I wanted harsh!

I use the night Ines twice a week. They are okay!

Dh has been using them and loves them.
Make sure you wear spf during the day as you will be more sensitive to sun

I've started using the non-extreme ones and I like them. I wash with Effaclar foaming cleanser or Toleriance cream cleanser, then the pads, them Toleriane Ultra as a moisturiser. Sometimes I use Effaclar Duo instead of the pads as I love it, but get the feeling that you might not be supposed to use it with the glycolic? (Based on rock-all.)
