Hi Ladies,
This is my first time venturing into S&B but I'm hoping you can help me please!
It's my 7 month old daughter's christening this month. I've recently stopped BFing in the day so I'm excited to wear a dress! People are surprised when I tell them I won't get something new so I'm questioning my choices. I'm also wary that because I am a regular churchgoer, I'm not putting enough thought into how I'll look on the day as I go every week. I do want to look nice though as there'll be photos.
I have plenty of lovely dresses and am tempted to wear one of the following that I already have:
- a knee length fitted navy lace dress with cap sleeves
- a knee length polka dot navy dress (with built in tummy support!) with cowl neck and 3/4 length sleeves.
I'd then do natural tights and a choice of my favourite coral heels or navy (but very high!) stilettos or beige/nude open tie heels.
Does my outfit sound ok or over the top? What make up look should I go for?
This all depends on my periods not returning with a vengeance before then or I'll need a complete rethink!!
