SO i have noticed that my tooth enamel is seriously weaken on my two front teeth and its driving me mad. I have been to the dentist and she says its from grinding my teeth at night due to stress (i was studying there for a few years) So i have to get a mouthguard but i never asked is there anything that won't cost the earth to cover it up iykwim?
