Will ugg boots always be wrong size?

I ordered tisdales (waxy outdoor rugged style boots) in a 7 from ugg directly, they were fab in JL, but now the 7 has been delivered and it's a Usa 9, and therefore a uk7.5, too big- what size do I order? 6 is too small! JL have none in stock now to to an in store purchase ...

Find out what the US size was on the ones your tried on in JL? Try phoning a branch and be put through to the shoe dept so someone can check an actual UGG boot or shoe box rather than phone CS who will just check a generic conversion chart on their system. Then you will know what to order from UGG.

All UGG size labels will be the same regardless of where you buy them (if genuine). The UK shoe size is usually a half size to their US sizes.
