Pregnant Skin Care

Anyone here that is pregnant or had a baby that can give me some suggestions of skin care products that you think are safe to use during pregnancy? I've recently discovered I'm pregnant and any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I just used my normal skin care products on my face.

I did moisturise my tummy with Palms coco butter every morning and Bio Oil every night. No stretch marks although only put on a stone with each so probably wouldn't have anyway.

Thank you for the suggestion Sanity! It didn't even cross my mind to buy Palmer's but cocoa butter is such an amazing ingredient to hydrate the skin, will use some for sure!
