Good tattoo artists in London?

Could anybody recommend a good tattoo artist?

Really depends on your style and budget, London has many of the top artists in the world! I have several pieces from The Family Business tattoo which is always an excellent place to start. Also check out the varied portfolios of folk from Frith St tattoo, Flaming Eight and Parliament tattoo ..

I'm not sure how to explain this in English.

They styling (like, the waves?) are very much like that of an Irezumi. (you only see all of it if I'm strapless and backless. So, if I wear a normal short sleeved shirt or anything it's invisible).
The background is blue and the motives are not Japanese but 'Western' motives from my home country.
