Can anyone recommend one of these which is suitable to be used in a baby carrier, so it needs to be warm but not too bulky so that my little boy can have his legs wide enough to be carried in a sling? Thanks

I think Jojo Maman Bebe do one (fleece lined) but not sure what size it goes up to. Hope that helps, HNY!

Check out the Muddy Puddles website - it's got everything you could possibly need - and more!

I love the regatta ones. They're not single layer but not too thick as I worry about cooking him. It's very waterproof and they're super cheap. Ours has Dinos and orange lining and came from Amazon

Jojo maman bebe have great ones. Personally I prefer the ones with braces like fisherman's waders as you can put as warm or light a jacket on as you like.

Togz are good. They can be fleece lined or not. I like the dungarees with separate coat.

I always used Spotty Otter. Pricey (and have gone up) but used for two DCs and then sold well on eBay.

As well as MuddyPuddles also look at Little Trekkers.

Loving ours, it's a gruffalo one. £11 from Sainsbury's, it has a nice big hood that actually stays up.
Footless and waterproof and lined but not too thick and warm, we use in our Tula almost daily.
