Lost New Look Credit Reciept!! What do i dooo?

Hey,

Around 2 months ago i returned some items to new look, bought online and paid with paypal and part gift card.

They did refund me but didnt refund me back on the gift card, they said due to paying by paypal they had to give me a credit note.

Went to New Look today expecting to spend it but couldnt find it anywhere, i definately had it with me before i left from home so i must have dropped it whilst out

There was £27 on the reciept

What will they do when i contact them?

And what if someone has already found the reciept and spent it?

Contact customer service but not sure there's a lot they can do

Credit notes like that should be treated like cash. If it's been lost/spent by someone else you're not likely to get it back.

They won't do anything why would they? You are responsible not the store!
