Essie Penny Talk. A tiny bit more copper than rose gold but gorgeous and the formula is brilliant.

The Models Own one is really lovely too.

Next funny enough. They have a beautiful metallic rose gold one and a glittery rose gold too. Great quality for the price - £4 each or 3 for £10. Stays on, doesn't chip.
