what to wear to work party?

We are having a January work celebration , instead of a Christmas party. It's in a hotel, sit down meal and disco party kind of thing. Do I wear a knee high dress or a long dress? Any ideas of style? I'm size 10/12 with big boobs so has to be strapped .
Thanks

What is your budget? What sort of colours do you like?

Do you know how much your colleagues are planning to dress up?

This dress from Oasis is nice and would see you beyond the festive period.

Budget up to 50 pounds , no idea about colleagues. I like block colours - I have red and blue dresses already so I guess something in a different colour.

Me again, been trawling the websites and can see nothing good - where can I get a decent party dress from? Would prefer to try things on in person as I'm a funny shape.

If you are not dead set on a dress you could try separate pieces. Something like this sequin skirt and a plain colour top work well. It's easier to adjust them to different body shapes too. Some suggested styles..

If definitely go knee rather than floor length dress as its a disco. Or nice flowing Black trousers and top which may be better for containing/disguising your boobs if this is an issue?

Thanks for the suggestions, certainly things to look at!
