Wedding Attire

Hello.

I have a wedding reception next month. The couple got married abroad last week so in reality it's just a party/celebration in the evening.

Is a strapless dresss suitable? I have a lovely one - calf length and looks lovely on - but from looking on the internet it seems they are not very popular and are not considered wedding attire.

Any thoughts? I don't really want to buy anything new as the dress really is lovely.

I think it would be suitable, just take a jacket / wrap etc. if needed to cover up. It would not be suitable for a religious ceremony but it doesn't sound like that is involved.

Thanks Lady. No. No ceremony involved. Just a big fun party. Wine
